@Bentstick The grandson and I were able to get out, probably the last time on LSC before the warmup and rain. We had a blast. We saw 2 large tiger Muskies as well, what a cool fish 
He was happy, he got the biggest one, but I out fished him this time for once. 
He told me they all go in the sme frying pan.

There are a few lakes around me in Md, that stock the sterile Tiger Muskie for invasive fish control. I go to one of them to bass fish the shores. One night at dusk, I cast near the docks and saw a swell of water, the rod tipped hard and thought this going to be the biggest bass I have ever caught. Eventually I get it in close and realize this is no bass . The Tiger Muskie was about 36 inches long, glad I didn’t try to use a lip grip like I do on the bass. I got the hook out and let it go.
I agree it was an awesome looking fish.

very nice @Dforce, Very nice catch you hauled in. lakes hardend back up, but shorelines are screwed, and after tonight temps are going to above freezing during the day and 50’s by Wed, and nights upper 20’s ice days are about done, should of went out this weekend but… Another month or so will be out trying for Steelies and Browns in the boat dodging Ice flows on Hammond Bay.
