Agree with @Storm
A quality 100watt light is bare minimum to get a single plant from seed to harvest.
What’s the size of the area you’ll be growing in 
that will give us a better idea how mamy watts…
Also, what soil are they in?
Many soils want need any supplemental nutrients for many week at first, and some medias like coco-coir or peatmoss will need nutrients alot sooner…
