I would like to help but have 9nly used coco hand feeding with synthetics. Best practices for preventing mold issues is to keep things clean and dry. Be clean when you access your grow and keep surrounding areas clean too. You can pick up spores anywhere and carry them into your grow. So the better your hygiene practices are the less likely you’re going to deal with.

Standing by Grow Bro, would recommend keeping the coco wet..damp at a minimum. I’ve never gone the dry amendments route with coco but frequent fertigation should keep the medium damp enough to release the nutrients . Challenge may be timing on reamending the dry nutrients 
Keep good airflow through out the tent and keep your coco moist. I haven’t used dry amendments with coco, but I found coco to be much easier to grow in than soil.
@OGIncognito i have a ventilation question should i mount my 8 inch inline fan outside and vent out the window or inside my tent and vent out the window thanks ion advance
That depends on the expected plant height?? I have some fans mounted outside and a few inside. The outside fan location is reserved for the plants I top at node 5 and above or are Sativa strains that naturally grow taller than Indica strains
