Welcome to the forum.

New growth will always be a lighter shade of green. New growth will turn a darker shade of green over a couple of days when chlorophyll catches up.

The light is sufficient to flower 1 plant.

Thnx a lot🙌🏻 i have full specrt led 720w
which i dimmed to 240w

But first 10days they were under simple led 45w like this, after i switch on fulspect led

What you recommended, can full spectr led with dimming to 240w burn or cause light stress now?

Thanks for clarifying. You can light a 4x4 tent with 720 watts.

Light stress is a myth. The only way a light can stress a plant is if it is placed so close to a plant’s canopy that the plant experiences the heat from the light.

Lighting intensity is measured in PPFD (photosynthetic photon flux density.) There is a free phone app out there called Photone with which you can measure PPFD. Here are recommended minimum PPFD levels by growth stage:

Seedling: 300 PPFD
Veg: 600 PPFD
Flowering: 800 PPFD

These are minimums necessary for healthy growth. You can run PPFD higher, but you will experience diminishing returns at PPFD levels about 1,200. I run my plants at 1,100 PPFD.

I looked but couldn’t find any specs on that soil, does it list the ph? Lots of soils aren’t suitable for cannabis, the ph is wrong and most contain extended release fertilizer that will wreck havoc on ph. Look for cannabis specific soil for weed growing. Not saying it won’t work, but would help to know the details on it.

Also, I see it contains vermiculite, which holds water and could keep soil too wet….

Thnx bro, i bought this soil in growshop and they said its good for weed. Ph has 6.5 (i was check it)
I wattered my plants in day 5-40mg day 8-40ml and day10 -40ml
Suspect its too much, will keep it dry?

Ok, good on the soil ph then. I’d say back off on the water and water in a circle out from the stem, make the roots come and get it.

Hi  got some update after 2 days
Didn’t water just spray 2 times

4 of them i transplanted to biiger pots

New leaves comes slow and still yellow
