So the leaves on the one are still crazy. Hard to believe but this fan is one of the smaller ones.

They are still moving about 2 inch’s a day

Anyone know how long before the stretch stops?

Nice full head of lettuce on them both. Bit of light burn on one.

They typically stretch for the first few weeks of flower. At least the strains I’ve run do. Like everything else it probably is strain dependant. They are looking great though!

Oh there’s some tasty little buds forming.

who doesn’t love these little shrubs

I had to string up the mesh to slow them down. The stretch is crazy.

Kinda don’t feel so bad about the two that didn’t pull through with how full these two are getting.

Thinking I might make these into a bubble hash for honey. Ever tried?

Coming along! Might even get a second crop in this year!

Nope but I plan on learning how to make proper hash some day.

Thinking I might grab a bubble hash machine. But they look a bit flimsy….

Here’s how they are doing, got a little light burn on a few leaves… they are coming though.

Not as far along as yours but I will catch up!

Ok so i haven’t updated in a bit, but here’s where they are

Getting a bit of frost.

Need them to thicken up a bit

Hope they slowdown height wise. I have about another 12 inches and then I need to start worrying about ceiling heat.

They look like they should be done stretching to me. You can always tie them down some to keep them from getting too close. Looking really nice!

Great set up :sunglasses: uva and whether or not its use is worth the wattage kind of depends on the farmer. Although those differences are minute. Generally not noticeable but may have a slight increase in thc in a lab test. So the answers and opinions here are just that. Opinions. Should you choose to run it, it certainly won’t hurt. Run it throughout flower, or run it front to back. UVA is just increasing the grow light spectrum. It is naturally available outdoors utilizing sun light, it won’t make or break a grow.

Personally speaking because of wattage allotment, I’ve chosen not to utilize it, but if you got it and don’t care about the watts, send it. I didn’t see any visual differences in plants with or without UVA. I did 18 plants side by side 9 with uva and 9 without. Couldn’t justify the extra juice. However It is certainly a good feeling knowing you are doing everything you can for them.

Set to watch :call_me_hand:t3:

Love the insight!! Thank you. I grow just for personal use, and I don’t smoke. I turn it into canna honey, so extra THC wouldn’t be a big measurable for me. I do an ounce per 5 cup pull, bit over but never under. If I want a stronger dose, I get a bigger spoon.:joy::smile:

If it doesn’t impact bud size I don’t think I will fuss with it this run. Curious to see how much my yield will be.

That sounds awesome! How do you infuse your honey?
