Honestly I believe the only real difference between ours is I have mine under 24hours of light and you give them some dark so they grew taller. A whole lot of growing gets done in the dark and red light spectrum.

Thanks for that info. I knew dark and red were good growing but didn’t put the 2 together. I do run 18/6 on mine.
I’ve heard you can do 20/4 with autos but not tried that. I just was told the time and ran with it.
I’d rather have them fat and bushy than tall and skinny.
Actually, as long as it goes to the end and is good, who cares what they look like. lol. The potency is what matters to me, yeah, I’ve been smoking over 37 years but now a days it’s one of my actual meds.

Yup, so long as you can be a proud papa of your girls, nothing could be better. The main thing you want to look for with autos light cycle is they get that DLI (daily light integral) basically how much par/ppfd your plants get over a 24 hour period. Keep that in the good range and you can. Keep the lights on literally all the time or go down to a 12/12… just don’t be giving them 24 and flip to 12 immediately, give her a week of gental change to keep her calm.

The par is good. I can’t remember the readings but the lux was pretty high over the tops, dropped a little farther down but still pretty good.
I think I’ll finish these the way they are, esp as close as they’re getting.
The next i may try that. Got a new vivosun 2x2 light/ fan with the plug in so i can use the app and control the light and fan auto. Plus it’ll give me humidity temp and vpd.
Only thing I’ll have to do is water it and move the light up or down.
Gonna wait to switch on that also as i feel this one is used to the ufo light.
Have the meter for the soil, ph strips, seed starter, seed starter mix, seeds, etc. I’m pretty much ready for the next one. lol
I hope so anyway, gotta reload before i can get more. Prob one or two more dispo trips i hope. They are high.

Not much to update picture wise but she’s loving being inside. Really boomed today.
I love my wife, she’s the best, most understanding, puts up with my being an asshole due to pain for over 24 years and going. Crazy, must be love.
Feels like Ozzy and Sharon, we’ve made it thru hell and back.
I have a feeling the smell is gonna start soon, maybe not. Idc, as long as it does it’s job.
I’ll update soon but to me it looks like a diff plant. lol
By the looks, harvest may be nice for auto and the set up.

I’ve noticed since the cold started temps below about 74°f make it so the smell isn’t bad. Some terpines volitize around the 75°mark which makes the smell go crazy. We have to love the ones closest to us, one of you will eat the fat, the other the lean, together you’ll lick the plate clean lol.
Your plant looks beautiful and I’m sure it will do the job for ya!

That makes sense. It’s staying between 75 to 83 since last night. It was cooler than that for a bit.
I looked in with my cam a little bit ago and I think it’s gonna be real pretty tonight.

Once i got the routine down, yucca extract, and a pump sprayer it’s been a lot easier growing. Esp being inside, right beside where i sit every day. lol

Here she is, got a trim of the leaves that were blocking buds.
She looks kinda sad but she’ll bounce back I’m sure.
Def loving being inside for sure. Starting to bulk up but still have 2 or 3 weeks going by the time the site said.
Trichomes are still pretty clear so that tells me at least a cpl weeks or so.
One question that’s dumb as I’ve done it many times but first auto.
The last plant i dried, was so massive i had to hang the separate branches, was too big to pull.
Can i do that with this one and once they hang long enough, trim them up and put them in the basket.
I really don’t have room to hang the whole plant but if needed i can make it happen.
I do have a place to hang just the branches, barely but should do.

I think it’ll help, esp when it bounces back.

It’s not as yellow as it looks, between the light and the camera they look yellow as hell. It’s not though. I have the light as far as it can go up and prob not a foot or so above.

Looking great! There probably won’t be much more vertical growth on those top colas, the bottom ones will still grow out to reach the light a bit better, but most of the energy is going going towards bulking up those beautiful buds. My Penelope which I hoped to be ready this week is definitely going to need another 2-3 weeks as those hairs are still pearly white and she’s frosting like a Christmas morning after a rainstorm. So I’d say you may be looking at a Christmas harvest yourself with those white afros going on her and your needs for physical relief. Looking forward to see some golfball nugs!

I figure I’ll start looking at the tris in another cpl weeks or longer. I usually let them go longer than most but i like couch lock weed with my pain. I smoke enough and i just sleep.
I looked at them last night and they weren’t even close to being sugar coated. Partially but not even close to done.
Def gonna be a bit for them to do all the changes i need.
But longer than I thought but it’s a lot bigger than i ever thought also. lol

I showed this pic to my neighbor, good friend, and he was like, how many plants are in there. I said one auto, he said holy shit, i thought you had 2 or 3 in there, that’s big for an auto.
Getting it inside and at a pretty steady temp, it’s def changing every day for the better.
Plus, getting the water drainage issue fixed has really helped.
I’m a proud papa, I’m prob posting too many pics but it’s like a kid, gotta post the growth pics, esp when it’s done a 180.
I looked at the buds with a loupe and some tris are starting to change.
May be before xmas, going by the pack and when i started, should be mid Dec.
Hope to have some ready by the new year.
If you all see anything out of the ordinary, please let me know.

This is my best looking bud right now, wish she was ready but if I can wait 9 months for a pc part I can wait a few more weeks for the dankest buds I’ve ever grown (first harvest lmfao).
I’m glad you can show off to your buddies, mine say I’m putting too much science and not enough nature… I tell him to shut up and grow his own if he’s an expert lmfao. He grew one plant that he himself said turned out crappy so he’s just pissed at how good mine look 
If I had to nitpick, the lower yellowed leaves could get trimmed, but she looks so good she doesn’t really need it.

That’s one reason i always ask any opinions or thoughts. I was thinking about trimming the yellow leaves but just hadn’t yet.
I prob will just in case. She just went to bed at 11am, she’ll be up by 7 though and I’ll check her out and do any trimming that needs done.

Was just looking at dates, mine are almost 9 weeks old, 1 day away. Almost to the finish line, had a lot of hurdles but thanks to all the help, i think I’ve got it all fixed except my time growing. No short cuts for all of that.
Next round will be Northern Lights, they are faster than these.
Hope that being inside the whole time, i can get some really good bud pics from them.
Hope to get some good buds off this one also. lol
The pics won’t be near as good but it’s my first try, I’ll be happy to get some buds at all. lol
