My leaves are doing the twist

@nycmedic67, teaching, Humm. Unless I really needed the money I’m not sure I would do the teaching gig. I’m not sure I have the patience to deal with students. I am nearing retirement though… I hope. The problem is it seems I continue to work to pay for my damn toys. Maybe I’ll smarten up and get rid of some of them.

hey man im not trying to be disrespectful…but who da fudge u kidding…we live for out toys hahahahahahahaha

@all hey guys n gals…ok i think thru elimination i have narrowed this problem down to pH. i never used to ck the out put water pH…but now i see that the water going in is at 6.5, and the out put is 7.0- 7.2. sooooooo i put water in at 5.5 and the out pot was still 7.0, but in like 20 minutes or so the freeking things were almost straight. i couldnt believe how simple. but then i thought that this is not a in put problem but a soil problem. ARUGH im realy intimidated when it comes to messing with the roots…but heres what im thinking. can i use lime to up the soil pH? till gentilly and add about 1-2 teaspoons to the dirt? is their an easier safer way? what do you guys think? peace

sulfer not lie or lime…sry

@nycmedic67, it’s the ones I don’t use as often. Things like dirt bikes, telescope, ski boat, jet ski, Kawasaki Mule, one of my jeeps, swimming pool. Hell I’m 60 years old and find myself doing the more sedate activities. I still sweat while working in the yard but I don’t water ski anymore. Who’s going to pull me? My girlfriend, I don’t think so. She’s directional challenged plus she’s not a water person. I use three of my vehicles, plane and big ass lawnmower, that’s about it. I know it sounds terrible but that’s what I’ve turned into. Plus if I ski, my legs turn to jello and I can’t crawl back into the boat without resting for about 10 minutes. Terrible, right? I know, I’m just a big !@#$%.

oh yea big huge…a plane…heck im thankful for a bike…hahahahahahahaha. listen its all of us i think when i go to get the rest of my crap (remember George Carlin…stuff haha) from ny its going to be a shit torm…no room dont use half the stuff…but i will always keep my drum set. lol

@nycmedic67, By the way, how are the girls doing? Have you been able to keep the temps down?

@nycmedic67flyr pretty much a little better…i lowered the pH of water to get the run off at 6.7 the twists seem to be correcting but slowly . idk maby its due to topping it…its the only one growing like that so other that the twisted leaves shes growing nicely so im just going to monitor her. i ran a vent from the hallway to suck in cool air n it seems to be working. thanks bud
