Id tuck if possible. If you need to defol do it 21 days after stretch then 42 if needed

Looks healthy. Defol as needed. But I generally defol 3 and 6 weeks after flip.

Oh no that sucks…
Can I use these to make a tincture, or is it best to cut and start anew?
Up to you. If you dont have females to pollinate and dont mind scrubbin the tent, grow it out

As long as you pluck the nanners and they dont open up
