Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you solve it.
Get those sticky yellow fly traps. Super cheap and work a treat!
BTI - mosquito dunks or bits
I got this little green lizard in there that evidently likes to get high and tan. He loves skeeters. 
Correct answers are above. Sticky traps for fliers and a bti product like mosquito bits for the larvae. Both perfectly safe for your grow and will take care of things like mosquitoes and gnats.
