I bought her two of these because they were recommended by the same lady that told me about it, but I want to get her some from arizer these have smaller bowl than the ones that came with the unit
The only thing about growing in the woods especially since I moved to the desert is to find spots that will be wet through the summer months. It took me years to learn the area hiking the woods camping with the family and just find places where no one goes. Charred wood and miracle grow tomato sticks was pretty much all I used, then once you have your spots every year the soil gets better your plants get bigger and stink enough for someone to find it and you go back to nothing but a stump or 20 pounds of good shit
Thatās some great info! I visualized the whole experience. Must have taken some real guts to go back and harvest. You were a part of the Wild West of growingā¦thatās awesome!
I am getting ready to start getting my soil together as soon as I get some time to myself, itās really hard with a 2 yr old and momma that works till 6:30. By the time I get home from picking her up at daycare and get dinner cooked then I am beat. Working in this humidity really takes it out of you! Here we go again @Calizona. So enough excuses, back to the question. I am going to pull the root balls and inspect them just out of curiosity. I was going to reuse the soil I could salvage and top off with whatever fresh soil I need to. I looked at the pots with the nubs sticking up and a couple of them have white mold on the leftover stump. Could I reuse that soil or would it be to risky?
To have a 2 year old. Been there 3x over. Our youngest is 32. Good luck.
Regarding the number of autos, leave yourself room to move and move the plants comfortably.
Iām starting late in life, lol. Iām 41. Thatās why Iām sticking with mainly sativas. I need all the help I can to keep up with that little ball of energy. I need every tip anyone wants to give to take stress off my back. Starting acupuncture Thursday as another attempt to figure this thing out. @Calizona mentioned lifting the tent. @MeEasy offered feeding with a wand that has the tip cut off. Iām putting together a plan. Maybe 9 is to much. Iām getting my caretaker to add another 6 so I could do 12.
I donāt know about all that⦠It was pretty hard to get the harvest out through the campground alot of times Iād bag it up and stage it next to the hwy luckily harvest time is later in the year when itās a lot cooler. Most years Iād pull 10-30 pounds out but some years Iād leave that much behind because there was that much of it, once you get to a certain point you stop weighing it but I know there were 100 + pound years more so when I was up in Redding Ca living with my auntie sheās the one who taught me to grow when I was a kid now I am teaching her and mom all the new stuff Iāve learned from reading here n there on the internet itās pretty tough to explain this stuff to them but they love all the new weed specific foods and stuff available but I canāt get mom to understand how to measure ph n ppm but she still canāt work maps on her phone lol
Sorry for babbling I get to remembering the fun I had back when I could walk more than a hundred steps without taking a break lol
@beardless I believe weāve talked about the kids at some point lol my daughter is going to be 34 on Saturday my son turned 31 this past February, the ol lady has 5 kids hers are from 26-35 I am all about family before getting sick weād go camping, hiking, fishing anything outdoors. Iām actually thinking about trying to find some places up around the lake to possibly grow once I have my feet back under me a little better, hopefully I can find something simple to get to with my boat
The sun is amazing 4sure being outdoors gives you the space needed to grow monsters and you donāt really have to do anything except water n food. I know you see alot of people training their outdoor stuff but you donāt have to just let mother nature do her thing. It would be amazing to be able to care for an outside plant, Iām talking about keeping it safe for bugs n animals proper food n water. Iāve been looking at those duck strains and maybe some fake flowers to put on them lol I just might have to try it
A little casual camping a couple nights this week. Our only grandchild is turning nine and we have been going camping to celebrate his BD with his father (our 34 year old son). Need to be comfortable in our advancing years, small camper, electric site and thankfully air conditioning.
So I was breaking up some of my not quite yet cured buds to smash in the new press and look what showed upā¦ā¦it was what I perceived to be my best plant of the first 3 I harvested at day 73. It produced 3.9 ounces dried.
You know that there were no males in there so it should be a fem seed, you must have missed a banana hiding in a bud, another way is you brought pollen in on your clothes
@MeEasy So it can be any kind of pollen, doesnāt have to be from a cannabis plant? Itās the only one that I have found so far. I have dipped into 2 of the plants now.
So I smashed some buds for the second time. First one was done at 222°F and it was pretty clear like an amber but did not taste good. Tonight I set the temp of the plates to 190°F and it was a more opaque buttery consistency but the same taste. Going to need some terpenes here. I was looking at these 2. Does anyone have any experience with either of them or any other recommendations?
No it has to be in the cannabis family (I believe) Iām not an expert either, the seed might not be any good like you said it looks immature but the dark just rubs off the outside of the seeds. Thatās why I said itās prolly from a missed banana but you could have taken it into your plants on your clothes it doesnāt take much and you donāt know whatās in your neighbors yard Iām pretty doubtful that it was on you but anything is possible
