It is time for a weekly grow update with just 10 days until 420 day. Everything seems to be in order as chop day rapidly approaches. The two White Widow are maturing rapidly and may be ready to chop within 3 or 4 weeks. The Super Silver Haze are likely still 4 or 5 weeks out.

The comparison to last week shows how they are changing as they near the end.
This shot from this morning:

And a similar shot from one week ago:

I like the low angle shots a bit more:

Here are a couple of WW colas:

And, finally, here is an SSH cola shot:

Water consumption has fallen way off as the plants transition into late flower. The WW colas have been quite dense for several weeks. The SSH colas have been a bit airy until the last couple of days when they started to get dense. WW is an Indica dominant hybrid and the SSH is a Sativa dominant hybrid. I think that accounts for the faster development and denser bud structure on the WW.

Well, that is enough jibber-jabber. Have a great week as we gear up for 420 day. :man_mage:

I feel that, there are some grows we struggle through, and secretly want the plants to be done, so we can start a different ones. Lol.

I’m glad this grow is going smoothly.

With the Roots Organic soil and dry nutrients, there isn’t much to do but water them and watch them grow.

Mrs Merlin has been practicing her guitar a bit more lately and is progressing nicely. As she improves, she is having more fun. Her memory issues make it a struggle but it isn’t about how well she does, it is just the doing of it and doing it together that matters.

Would you attribute the use of roots organic soil dry nutes a big reason for your grow? I realize all the other factors but do you notice better results with this soi? thanks for the update :bat: :yum:

Previous to using Roots Organic I used Fox Farms soil and liquid nutrients. No real difference in the plants or yields.

The Roots Organic is a lot less work as I just scratch the dry nutrients into the surface of the soil once per week and water normally with pH adjusted to 6.5 +/-.

My best guess with regards to my relatively successful grows is pouring a lot of light on the plants. My lights have dimmers but they run 100% except during the first two or three weeks.

Thanks for dropping by for a look, Count.
