Size of your plant compared to container. Youll get root bound. These are all 5 gal and 1 10 gal fabric pot

Heck yeah buddy, they are way better for the roots growth. Roots tend to suffocate in plastic pots. Grab yourself some AC infinity 5 gallon fabric pots.

Not my first try, but I agree, good lights make the difference.
I recently upgraded to HLG lighting.

And you could look at the auto-wicking feed /water system pans

Have fun

I bought a set of 4 of the gray plastic plant caddys with the plant saucers and elevators. I like that it catches the run off.
Congrats on the upgrade to HLG

No hurry, but I recommend one of these USB Microscope, in a couple of months.

I already have one buddy… thank you! I just got it 2 weeks ago because after struggling with a jewlers loupe to get a good view on my first harvest, i seen what everyone was saying about the microscopes. I take a video like you said and i can get really clear shots and i can study them without losing magnification and having to refocus.

Yes, those are some healthy trichomes! Your real close to harvest time. I see some amber, some cloudy but, still some clear. Theres more clear than amber. This is where i got confused with my first harvest. I seen amber tricohomes but there was still some clear ones. I still harvested though and i think it affected the terpenes. I might have harvested too soon. Its been 2 weeks since the cure started and i am not getting those good aromas yet so, im worried i might have chopped too soon. I don’t know, this is my first time.

Been harvesting a piece daily. Making her smaller.
Lost all remaining outdoor growing.
The pictured comes from tent resident with expected 11-11 23 date, for eviction.
“White wire” probably dandelion fuzzie

I expect to run a 4 month cure, minimum.
Samples not withstanding.
Invitica Boost dry packets ordered to back-up my grove bags and glass jars.

So it does take awhile to get the aromas then. I’ve never done this before. I’ve dryed&cured alot of catnip over the past few years but i dont remember it taking this long to get a bit of catnip aroma. It did take awhile though. I am just worried i screwed something up or it didn’t grow potent enough. I tested it and it gets me stoned but not as good as what i am used to. Unless its the blood thinners “Eliquis” i was put on right before i harvested. Because my other meds seemed to stop working as well, is why i think this. It would lower blood concentration counts some, i think?

Since Nose surgeryX2 and Covid, my nose is useless., except for holding my glasses.
If we follow the steps, the process should be better than 80’s street weed.
I calibrate thes and use them in the grove bags, with other sensors.
Never can be too safe.

Commercial weed fro dispo shows 2 month dates harvest/package.
4 month with slow cure might compare.

Testing “Grove bag Condom on Quart Jar” technique for cure-drying
Rain persisting and I am bored.

Marty, my thread certainly should provide interesting reading for multiple grow issues.

Typically when you first harvest, dry, trim and package; you’ll get a hay smell until they cure for some time. This is the smell you’re referring to, it subsides and then the terpenes will kick up the smell you’re used to. Don’t forget to burp jars daily, I went to Grove Bags and those are really nice for curing. No burping. But to answer your question, it takes a few weeks for the hay smell to fade. Don’t worry too much.

Thanks guys… I’m trying my best to get it all right and not screw it up. I probably didn’t get the most I could from these plants i just grew. It was my first grow for cannabis. I’m just being cautious and hard on myself. I just started my 2nd grow. I’m determined to get it right. These were just bag seeds i grew the first run. I have 2 Mowie Wowies and 2 NY Diesels from ILGM growing now. I got better lights and i have better control over the environment in the tent now. I should see better results from this run…

Alright everyone week 4 of flower just rehomed the girls into 7hal pots with fox farm soil.

Only using lotus nutes so easy can’t imagine messing with all the different liquids but maybe they are better?

Again to anyone who’s not read this. It’s my first indoor grow can anyone give some advice on what can be done better next time around? By the looks of the plants?

Started out in 1/2g pots, to 3g, 5g, 7gallon. Going to skip the 5 gallon pots next time and go from 3 to 7.

Again using lotus nutes cal mag, bloom, boost, grow. 1/2t to 1T per gallon of water ph to 6.5, tap water let sit before use 24,48hrs!

Feed once a week and water once a week. About every 3days it’s either just water or water and nutes.

Looking good. You don’t need to feed with fox farms soils for several weeks. Measure the runoff ppms and feed when below 1000 ppm.

As far as re-potting goes. I germinate using damp paper towels and then they go straight into solo cups once they sprout. From the solo cup, I go into their forever homes. For me it’s 3 gallon fabric pots.

I’m not familiar with your brand of choice for nutrients, so I won’t speak like I do. All in all, looks like a healthy grow. Just watch using your boosters, it could spike your EC in the root zone, which can burn up a plant fairly quick. If you continue to use them, just check your numbers on runoff and flush if needed to bring them in range.

Any clue why the one of the left is a little yellow? It’s been that way awhile but seems to be growing fine no other issues.

Sorry haven’t been on in awhile! Ppm runoff is 1250!

Here’s the other girls only about 4days left based off when the seed says it’s done! Obviously I’ll be monitoring the trichomes the next week.
