Meigs County Gold F2/ Lemon G Bx

The most I ever top is twice. Top the first time after 5 nodes, then the second time after the next 2 nodes, so you know the plant is healthy enough to withstand having that done again.

Did I ever ask you where you got the Meigs gold seeds

No, but these are from Copa Genetics. He acquired them through a relative of Noodles! (RIP)

Have you grown them before? If so how do they smell?

I have not grown them before, no. I have heard the history of it all my life, from my father and other older folks in the music scene and meigs gold was the be all end all stone you to the bone cough and get off smoke that was grown along cornfields and under pines in southeast ohio. Im excited to give it a go, and knowing more of the lineage gives me greater desire to look for longer narrow leaf phenos of the seeds i have possession of. I have found one in this female here!

The smell off the male is very green pepperish/ skunky st the moment. The female and not as skunky and has a sharp green vegitation smell im not sure how to discribe.

@merlin44 you have been wonderful at guessing the time of flip i need to fill the screen!!

What say you on this one?

I was guessing around another 2 weeks of growth at this point, or under. :crossed_fingers::sign_of_the_horns::guitar::musical_notes:

Hope all has been well, my friend!

I have never had multiple plants in an area that small, so I am only guessing. I would say that your two-week estimate is close.

Thanks for reaching out.

Thank you @merlin44. I have been busy with life. How did that Burmese turn out for you?!:sign_of_the_horns::guitar::musical_notes:

Both Bumese plants were full blown hermies from the get go. I will try them again when I fire up the grow room again.

Damn. Im sorry to hear that. I have been doing alot of research and diving down the rabbit hole a bit into landrace. I wish to aquire Kerala, and Verde Limon, for a few projects! :sign_of_the_horns:

I don’t know if there is anything to it, but some have said that landrace seeds are sometimes prone to hermie traits.

I have repositioned the bottom layer!

Now the male is spitting the rail, and the females have more room to branch out!

I did this after speaking with @merlin44 , whom subconsciously made me feel that my area is indeed small, and i need room for them ladies!!:rofl:

Your wisdom knows no bounds!! :sign_of_the_horns::rofl:

I if you are “channeling” me, you should rethink your strategy. You really don’t want me inside your head.

If I had the room, I would remove the male from the SCROG because you are not overly concerned with yield from the male plant. Even a small male plant will produce plenty of pollen.

Im not concerned about his growth other then him being able to pollenate all 4 plants.

He can be a short shit out of the net!:sign_of_the_horns: I will cut him back eventually!

I dont want to hermie him, if that is possible?

I chopped a big portion of him off @merlin44 !

LOL Indeed you did! That plant is a mere shadow if its previous self.

@Strungthru I mis-remembered. The Burmese were not hermies, both were males. I will try again hoping for a female.

I got my Kerala from Indianlandraceexchange com. The Verde Limon will be tough to get a hold of. I paid 5K for 5 pks on presale to be the cornerstone of a breeding project
