Get a second monitor and about 5 minutes every hour, browse and look at things that interests you. It breaks up the monotony and keeps things fun

Ill generally work an hour or so, then get up stretching legs and all. Ill get on here for 10 minutes and catch up. Then back to the grind. I also got blue lens glasses for staring at the screen all day.
