Hey I had questions to follow up but I was to tired.

So I was meaning by ripe is they don’t have to be fully red before I can use and I can you a green one also just have to roast sautee them to help flavor correct?

Yes. Green tomatoes raw can give you stomach problems. If they are mostly red/orange you should be ok. Just for the sake of avoiding an upset stomach I’d cook or roast anything not ripe.

You’ll just have to balance the flavor out in the end product.

Hey gang I just want to take a minute to say thank you all for supporting me through all my chaotic shanangains, I had my plat ful these last few months and most of you never missed a beat, thank you for keeping me going and now all the big projects are winding down, I don’t know what to do with 6 little solo cups, it’ll be nice though a break before we hit the ground running next spring with a full Garden Center.
