So I have one tent and the current light inside, how many plants with that give efficient energy to and should I order another light for the tent?
You bought the tent New or used?
Looking up the components would provide a basic level of equipment capability.
Visit the hLG web site and read about their lights.
YT videos with Migro (?) and others.
Sorry, but after smoking mine, I am too tired to look up yourâs today.
TBT, I am prejudice against EVERTHING Vivosun. 4/4 junks, was my experience.
My sister bought it new never used it gave it to me, I figure itâs a starter so take what I can get, alright Iâll do some research
Awesome sister.
Mine gave away my stored belongings when I joined the Navy.
As I said, Vis is not my choice, anymore.
My compleet inventory of China Cheap products canât perform as well as AC-Infinity and HLG, IMO.
So lets look yurâs up

Good start,
Honestly, Your light will heat the tent and any more lights will fry the plants (unless you frow in ND during the winter).
Height of your tent is what?
Minus frame (inside tent).
Minus drip pan and container height.
Minus 15 inches above and below light
How tall will your seedlings get, before touching light?
Doesnât seem like a bad start but yeah I know the more I grow Iâm going to want a better set up, just trying to get there with the big boys and girls.
Seedlings and clones will love that setup.
I run mine that way.
Flowering I use the 4x4x6.5 with HLG/AC-I equipment.
Remote and distant control of my tent saves me 25 feet every 5 minutes (gazer, I am).
I bought the first grow equipment using adds and âeconomized pricesâ.
Replaced Vipar Spectras with HLGâs (better lights).
Bought all the auxiliary equipment for monitoring and verification of all grow parameters. I want to get it right and get my grow going.
I knew nothing in 1980 and grew the same plant for 2 years with 2 moves.
Sadly it didnât survive 2-fires. Neither did I. I died at 33 and went to Great Mistakes Boot Camp. Paroled 35 years later and growing again, I hope.
As you get to enjoy the grow process of learning and watching, the process will guide your equipment needs, âin order to do better, next timeâ (No 12-step program except, buy more and grow more).
It never stops.
I have my next run in my bath room right now till I get the 4x4 running.
Salute to the military I work from home for the VA. You guys sacrificed a lot not to get the respect you deserve.
Um yeah itâs going to be parting out and adding to needs as I grow and learn from you guys which all advice is greatly appreciated and welcomed
In the bathroom really?
I would if I could, but Mrs. Daisy has standards.
DONâT buy anything until you read forum more.
Forum search using Magnifier for all topics will find multiple discussions.

Recommend start from beginning, like I did (my 1 of 3 threads)
Hey gotta do what you gotta do.
thatâs funny
Larger tent needs air handling, temp monitoring, more better lights, and more engineering than a degree might require.
IR-gun measures leaf temp (required for VPD offset).
Kila-a-watt meter measures Load (KWatts math require).
Apera 60 or 20 for soil PH
Bluelabs for PPM
Calibration kits for devices (insurance).
AC-Infinity Cloudline controllers for tent environmatal controls.
Rabbit (smoke) patrol time.
Good reading to you.
Yeah I know I went to school for the wrong thing unfortunately. Itâs all a foreign language to me, Iâll get there though it wonât discourage me just yet at least
How big of a tent do you have?
30 w 35 h 18 L
Thatâs outside
A Bachelors in HR only got me how to read people and know how to communicate effectively and get results. So growing is just a whole knew field, just me and some dirt and seeds. Also thought me over time I donât like people anymore which is why I work at home
Well have ours stories but we ended up here, everything happens for a reason, we make the best of it a keep going.
