Also being clear you can see root grouth. Just nestle in a red solo so light doesn’t bother roots

If they made it clear and added a nestling cup I’d definitely try it. Though splitting the solo cup works so well.

With these cups you also check your roots by pushing the bottom plate up

I just thought it looks alot easier than splitting cups beforehand and drilling holes and you never need to buy solo cups especially clear and red. Its just the simplicity of it that i like

I was having issues with the root ball (if you will) falling apart during transplant as well as difficulty spreading “Mykos” on the ball without it falling apart. The split solo cup fixed that. If i never saw the solo trick I’d get one of those in a minute.

Yea i can see how using the split solo cup method would make it easier to apply mycos it gives you the ability to apply holding sideways
