Well I got my wash buckets and took down all 6 of my GDP. Took me two days to trim wash and dry them enough to hang inside. A couple were just starting to show some color but we are 50’ from a river and surrounded by trees so the WPM and bud rot threat was too real for me to keep them alive. So these were ILGM seed from the indica mix pack. It doesn’t look like much on the plant but trimming it and washing the buds is a reality check. I had mostly cloudy, almost all pistils were brown, and any fan leaves were just yellowing within the last 48 hours. They looked like something in a coloring book with clues as to how to figure it out. These girls were spent I’m convinced and ready to go home. I have run out of room to hang the bud and just glad my wife offered one of her recent dog grooming gadgets to help speed things up and avoid any mold issues. I was seriously considering using her little power washer to clean the buds because the 5 gallon bucket drill is worse than trim jail IMHO. Trimming is tedious but you can sit, stand, smoke a blunt or a bowl, whatever. The washing is worth every bit of effort but I’m always looking to cut the corner if possible.
If I survive these 6 GDP I’ve got 2 Train Wreck 2 Cement Shoes and 2 Chocolope waiting for a bath as well. No volunteers in sight. Lol
