I grow in foxfarm with jacks 321 but I use happy frog, it allows me to start using my nutrients sooner. Ocean forest is hotter, I’m sure it will get you through the first 3-4 weeks.. it also would depend on how much your watering and rinsing the soil via runoff.
I’d just keep my eye on the plants and ppm runoff if you can, once it drops below 1000 start your feedings.
One thing I will say about foxfarm is it requires significant runoff to prevent salt buildup and keep your numbers in check. I send 10 gallons through two 7 gallon pots every feeding. (I know it’s excessive but it gives me peace of mind)

I checked my ppm on the water I use for my plants. I have a filter that is supposed to filter out chlorine and chloramine. The ppm on it is 133. I’m not well versed in these things, so what do you think?
That’s not terribly high, I would think you would be just fine using the standard formula.
They do make alternative blends for tap water but honestly I don’t know if that would be necessary for you. You could email Jacks and ask them what they think, they’re very responsive and helpful.
Well I am very sad this evening. I had planned on growing 3 Acapulco gold auto flower. Well one of them popped up two days after I put them in soil. The other two were a no show. I picked at the soil very carefully and found the bean just dried up. I don’t know how else to describe them. So I have 3 Apple Fritter beans in the germination process.
Bean update, I put 3 apple fritter beans in the paper towel germinating process. One bean popped over night and it looks another one wants to. I put the one that popped in soil this afternoon. I also stuck another apple fritter beans in the paper towel. Better to have to many than not enough. So I’m crossing my fingers that hat I can get 3 plants going. Y’all have a great weekend.
