Just have a quick question. This sativa cutting is taking hold well but it’s the last month of summer here just wondering if I should top it or leave it? The plant I took the cutting from has just started to go into pre- flowering Any help would be appreciated!

Being outdoor and approaching fall, I would leave it since daylight hours are going to start dropping.
