My thinking is this, as i have tested it like you are dloing. This is why i am going with RDWC. It will have a res. Then the container size can be modified some what. I am not sure 10 gal would be enogh either if i did not use a res.

I chpped two small girls last night. They were 9 weeks flower. Got M hanging.
There are two left in the flower tent. They are close to chop as well. They sit at 9 weeks flower.
They have all started to fox tail. They look bad.
It was my decision. This is a result of the three weeks of ice and snow on the ground. Temps hovered in the single digits for three weeks. During this time i had to run the lights to hot for heat. Trying to keep M warm.
The bottom of the tent was froze to the floor with 3 inches of ice and has taken that long to thaw out.
I run two 550w HLG in a 2x5 tent. They are srtong lights. One light is rated for a 5x5 flower space. They will roast weed.
This has caused my weed to look bad. It will still smoke good. I dont need bag appeal as i smoke all mine myself.
