Broke mine in 4 places and crushed 2 vertebrae at 17 yr old, wasn’t supposed to walk but too stubborn for that, then ripped 3 discs out on job in Fla, that took me out of trucking for good. Been at home in shop ever since. Mabey Gods way of getting me out of trucks, keeping me home and calming my butt down…… I still do most anything I want, I just pay heavily for it….
Actually, Mythbusters tested this, and it’s better to walk than run in the rain. You get wetter the faster you go…
I just was typing that very edit.
Could stem cells benefit you?
The neurologist didn’t think so…
But good thinking!
I have two pet peeves from caring for my brother during his chemo. During his recovery, he would enjoy going out to eat. One particular restaurant felt that it was not their responsibility to maintain the handicap parking, thus the paint was faded. Every bozo would park in what I assume every thinking individual recognizes as handicap parking. We brought it to their attention, they ignored us, we reported them…two weeks later, freshly painted handicap parking spots.
Second pet peeve was when his dumbass stepson would use the placard for his personal use. I consider that right up there with stealing food from others in need.
Totally agree with you. Here, I came across 2 food stores that were using the handicapped parking space to make some kind of display for Halloween…
Once I posted a picture of a sheriff parked in a handicap spot at the Redbox on his phone. I’m the law what ya gonna do fine me
