@dbrn32 was looking for recommendations for lighting for my 2x4 and 3x3 . the lights i have will work but are on the low end of wattage. my 2x4 has a 220 watt ac infinity ionboard s24 and 3x3 is also ac infinity but an ion frame evo4 at 300watts. was thinking of upgrading to hlg possibly but figured I’d check with the lighting guru first

Your lights aren’t terrible for the application so I don’t know if running out and buying new would really be justified.
If you really wanted to bang light you could fit a 350r in the 2x4 and maybe pick up a refurbished 550 for the 3x3. But both are really unnecessary amounts of light for the tents you have. Would be more like improving coverage and dimming them to gain some efficiency over max output. It just seems like a lot of money when you already have reasonable lights. If one or both were to fail and not be covered by warranty would be a different story.

Ya, it seems once you’ve owned a German Shepard you like them all. Mine have both passed but every time i see one it brings back such good memories. Cherish everyday with them man.

So due for an update, everything running along and dam spider mites are back in action, sprayed cpt’n jacks deadbug a couple days ago on Asian fantasy and spray again tomorrow 
hopefully should get rid of them till i chop in a few weeks then will be doing a bud wash, now for some pics

Time for a short update 
. Strawberry gorrilla still crankin, in week 5 of flower and frosting up nicely ,should start to fatten up here shortly
Next up Asian fantasy, got maybe 1 or 2 weeks and it’s chop time
Last but least, banana kush got about the same 1 or 2 weeks we’re at about week 10 of flower
That should catch us up 
Looking forward to the next grow, only after I hazmat my 5x5 and 3x3 due to those dam spider mites

Another update, so banana kush got chopped last week, and is in cannatrol, this girl gave me a bunch of popcorn buds so wasn’t thrilled but got her to harvest . even with the issues i had the little buds looked good, guess I’ll find out when I smoke some next week 
, up next is Asian fantasy clone, she has 1 or 2 more weeks so just letting her cruise right now, gotta do a bud wash on this one had to spray for spider mites a few weeks ago so gotta clean em up but jacks deadbug does the job for sure 
. And finally strawberry gorilla in rdwc, this is my 3rd grow in this setup and did more training this round with the two nets, im happy with the results so far but being wall to wall makes it difficult to get the light deeper in the canopy so still trying to figure that one out but these girls are looking awesome so far at week 7 of flower

Asian fantasy and banana kush were grown in coast of maine organic soil with coast of maine amendments for veg and bloom, strawberry gorilla 2 girls, rdwc with mega crop 1 part and using buds+ bloom in flower
