Jeremyg’s Grow Journal

I have not recently but have been watching for it to amber up! I have just checked on the trichomes now though! They seem mostly cloudy on the majority of them but also still have some noticeably clear ones

I will definitely start checking on more of a daily basis! I do have a jeweler’s loupe that I had purchased on amazon but is not honestly the best, it doesn’t have too much zoom so its still a bit hard to see the trichomes also my phone is not too keen on it as well when I am trying to take close up pictures! Is there a loupe that you would recommend?

I would be looking more for the cloudy with a bit of amber mixed in!

Just make sure you take pics of the buds and not the sugar leafs cause they will ripen faster :+1:

Alrighty! Most of those above should have been from around the top of the bud!

Also, I have watered tonight and got some pretty odd phs again! This time about 5.99pH even though I put 6.5 in. I did also get about 1,000ppm out as well which is pretty good! I did not have any nutrients in this watering so I could bring those down a bit from the last readings!

Here are some photos of how shes looking as well as some more close ups!

Looks like about harvest time so i really wouldnt even worry about numbers but plain water would be fine if you still want to wait a bit longer :+1:

Awesome! Ill be harvesting within the next few days then! It looks amazing and I’m very excited to harvest!

Do you have any recommendations of what I should do before harvest? I heard that I should let the soil dry out a good bit before cutting her down!

Also sorry to ask so many questions but what do you recommend for drying? I have both a drying rack that I could put it in or on a weighted hook just upside down

Either would be fine if you use the rack make sure to turn your buds so the dont get flat spots Congrats on the harvest :partying_face: just tri to keep humanity/temps 60/60 or close as you can

I will make sure to monitor and keep my temps and humidity around 60/60! Im going to most likely be harvesting today or at some point tomorrow depending on how shes looking!

Which method of drying would you recommend? I was thinking of just hanging it and taking it off the hook once its lost most of its water weight but I also wasn’t sure if the rack would be better because its so large.

Also thank you on the congratulations! It has been quite the journey!

I usually hang individual branches make sure you have some air movement not directly on them i face my fan at wall and just kinda let it circulate

You gona dry in tent? You could just leave exhaust fan on low and open a bottom vent
