Indoor Grow #3 - first photo grow

They aren’t the prettiest, but definitely packing on some bud. I think the foxtailing might be slowing down. They seem to be slowing down on nute uptake. @OGIncognito where do you try to keep the runoff at later in flower?

Getting close Grow Bro, I typically water feed the last 2 weeks leading up to harvest. Sometimes that doesn’t happen and I feed up to harvest following the routine feeding schedule. No difference between the 2 other than saving on some nutrients :love_you_gesture:

Decided to check trichomes on big plant. She looks like she is in the window of harvest to me.

Thinking of harvesting her at the end of this week. Any opinions @ChittyChittyBangin @OGIncognito ?

Look like end of the week would be good if youre looking for max thc.

Schedule got pushed up for reasons out of my control.

The small girl looks to have several weeks left.

Next round has sprouted. This round is 2 widows redberry cheesebake autos and 1 or 2 viula border jumper autos. Will probably end up with one of the border jumpers because i damaged one while trying to remove the seed shell.

9 weeks from flip. This little plant is not pretty, but she is getting pretty frosty.

I hung the big girl in my camper bathroom to dry because its pretty easy to maintain 60F and 60rh. You can smell her within 30 feet of camper. Guess the camper seals aren’t what i thought they were.

@OGIncognito @ChittyChittyBangin how do you determine when to move your flowers from drying room to bags for sweating? I have some hanging. The tops are real close to dry, but the lower buds still have higher moisture content. Can i start sweating everything when the top colas are ready? Or, cut stems and just bag it as it dries?

I would go an extra day or two when the outside feels dry. Then make sure to sweat for at 12 to 24 hours before bagging or jaring.

Done this a few times. I throw small hygrometers in the grove bags and when the RH gets above 65%, I’ll either pull and sweat them for a few days or keep the bags open to bring that down. I just checked some of the Gelato I bagged 2 days ago and the RH was 72%…cracked the seal on the bag for a few hours :love_you_gesture:

Thanks. My previous grows dried too fast, so i still feel new to this part of the process. Fell like drying and curing is equally important to the rest of the grow.

Thanks. I think thats what i will do. Move the tops to paper bags to sweat this evening, and let the rest hang longer.

Sounds like a solid plan Growmie :love_you_gesture:

@ChittyChittyBangin @OGIncognito i started trimming some of the drier buds this evening. So far i found one seed. I haven’t seen any signs of hermie or additional seeds. Is it possible to only find a couple seeds? I haven’t really dug into any buds yet.

You might find a few. I always find some…

@ChittyChittyBangin it all just went to hell on me. The center of the top colas are full of fuzzy mold.

Ah crap. I believe you can do a bud wash… whats your humidity ??

I think they are too dry already. 60% in dry room. They were about ready for cure.

If they were dry then im wondering about the mold…

It definitely looks like it is full of white fuzzy mold. Only saw it on two or three of the nice dense top colas. Im not sure if that much mold would wash out.
