67-68 degrees works well for me 😁 ---

I second @TDubWilly. 68F is pretty ideal. Oxygen uptake from the water is highest around 65F so you can go lower if you want to… generally you don’t want to be below 60F. The warmer the water, the less available oxygen. ---

Amount of air frequency of res changes and organic or non will all factor in but the guys have it right 68f is average
