Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
It’s a set of laws that means just because someone is disabled, like being in a wheelchair, that they can’t be excluded from being hired for certain jobs, like a software developer, a drone operator, or the governor of Texas. It also means that you can’t not hire a candidate because they don’t look like you or come from a different cultural background. You can’t be biased in your hiring and participation decisions because a person has a different religious background, or none at all, or your candidate has a different sexual orientation than you.
Or in the case of my BOM picture, because it has severe bud rot…lol

@plumbdand The bud you entered looks awesome! Wish I could grow outside like that. I think it would bring the color out more in it though if you put a sheet of white paper behind it. That’s what I’ve been doing and it really stepped up the game of taking pictures. ( Not that I won a bunch of BOM that’s for sure) Plus when I got my new phone I asked them kwhat the best phone was for pictures and that’s why I got the one I got. Lol

I have a Samsung S25 ultra I think white background would wash out all the white colors on the Apple fritter outside. I use the light at sunset to bring out the colors, no filters. I might try a black background with her. Ive got a bunch of pictures from her that would be BOM contenders. I purposely didn’t start off with the best one. Ill try to put a better one up every month until I win, “hopefully”, or run out of pictures.
