I made this bucket for experiment

Most of you know that I am doing experiment with 30y old seeds

I have wasted allot of seeds and lot more will not make it to flower stage or even veg stage

cos I am bad at growing with limited resources yet fan and growing medium is on the way to come to me

Wish and hope I can harvest even 1plant from those seeds before those seeds will finished yet like 1500 seeds remaining

These are 3
Bigger one have peat moss coco husk vermicompost
Mid one have only peat moss
Small one have only vermicompost

And on roof I make 4 pots will post pic and detail of them tomorrow in comments

This is sand soil peat moss vermicompost and organic feltilizer mix

This is peat moss vermicompost coco husk mix

And these 2 are with less soil

And following are you already know they survived ice strom will report them soon but still weather not good I was thinking to plant them outside some where

Throw a few on the ground outside, ignore them, and see what happens

I like what youre doing but it would be easier to follow all in one thread instead of a new thread for every little thing you do

Ok so this will be the main one

Things arrived so currently trying mixing these
2part of potting soil mix
1part if coco peat
0.5 part of vermicompost
With some shredded straws this will me main mix other then other experiment

Humidity in that bucket is 85 which is a bit high

There was a whole movement of bucket grows back in the day. They were commonly referred to as “space buckets”.

Let’s see what I can improve in it to make it like space bucket.

I was thinking to try 2cup method as well. a cup with bottom holes with coco and seedling in it with a wick lace from top near to the seedling to the bottom cup which will be holding npk and feltilizer tea in it but how can I give oxygen to roots in that since it will be all closed

And I just give npk solution for the 1st time around my seedling via drip it might be a bit early since they are on their 1st set of true
