I have those all over my yard if they aren’t in good breeze and sun they’ll get powdery mildew on them. I’ve seen it in my yard for since I’ve lived here or at least mine do anyway

Crush a leaf between your fingers and smell it. Does it smell minty? This looks like peppermint to me-- or at least a member of the mint family. Like I said, crush a leaf and smell it. If it smells minty, you can be about 99% sure it’s peppermint.
Could be mint of some sort. It is not peppermint…I just bought peppermint today so it doesn’t look like this.
Maybe a lavender of some sort? Don’t really know just assuming
