I run a RDWC in a urban setting and cant have any leak so 2x6 gal reservoirs max, I think if my drain clogged id only lose about a gal on the floor ( 5 gal pot minus the netpot/roots space) and hopefully the tent can catch that. I went to RDWC because I was breaking the plants pulling them from the buckets to check and you cant run a net that pretty much dbls the plants yield
Hear you there, I’ve done fish tanks for years and apply the same concept to it I’m sure. I was thinking the same reason. Broke a good leaf off today moving them for bucket change.
Will get harder when I install the scrog netting I built. Not bad for my first. All stuff I had at the house.

The GDP im growing broke the tap root off with the airstone. Seems like it helped the plant,its 4x5 drinking 2 gals a day waiting on a banana kush to fit its 4x4
They all look great today! Got my screen installed, still gotta lower it a touch before. Need some supplies to get it down there.

When you flower is by tent size, thinking on it is the plants will double in size

8 days into light switch. So far so good, still tucking and weaving. Def going to fill this canopy already close. Hopefully start to see buds in the next couple weeks. No real issues, drinking more water than before and seem happy.

16 days of 12/12 lighting, hopefully what I’m looking at is signs of flowering. Went through today and made sure there was no light anywhere. It’s in a sealed room in the basement there’s no lights back there but the grow lights. Look good though
