This is what I followed for my first grow. Turned out great

1st Grow, ILGM White Widow

Germination 2/27 … 30 hr soak Sprouted on 3/1 I’m using FFOF soil, 5 gallon fabric pot, mykos, no nutes till flower, will be scrogging, topping and maybe a couple other training techniques… First 3 weeks she was under a 105w 65K CFL… She is now under Mars 300w LED and two 23w 65K CFL as side lighting.
