How often can i transplants my marijuana plants?

We harvested our first Vermont marijuana crop this fall. We came away with nineteen 6.5-foot beauties that yielded small buds and a bunch of shake leaf. They were transplanted three different times between germination (mid-May) and harvesting (mid-September). Did all the transplanting shock the marijuana plants and inhibit their growth, or did we just seed them too late in the season?

Frequently, transplanting will inhibit growth slightly, but it won’t generally delay maturation. Even so, three moves might be a little excessive for the marijuana plants and may have caused them to be overstressed. The buds lost weight as a result of the transplanting. It’s also probable that budding was stinted in response to the short season and cold night that encourage ripening.
