Dude - now and days there’s a thing for everything!

And I would NOT be eating my goat friends!
They’d be for companionship, entertainment, clearing undergrowth in the green space and getting rid of that 10 pounds of worthless veg trim!

Bet them are some happy goats.

Well, sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie, but as long as there’s one cow on earth I ain’t eating no goat! LOL!
I know goat is the most consumed meat in the world, but not this part of the world! LOL!
If I sit on the deck long enough dinner will come to me…

Same here bro there is a park like 3 blocks away and you see deer often on the side of the road

I wish I was out west where it would be an elk wandering through the yard.
One of the nest pieces of meat I ever had was elk roast.
OMG! It was soooo juicy and tender.
Big ups to the cook too but it was so good!

But a cast iron skillet of deer chops frying in a little bacon fat is always nice too! LOL!

Not only was it the nest piece of meat I ever had - it was the Best! LOL!
I worked for this guy and he would go out @Graysin s way and go on one of those back country pack and hunt deals.
He got 1 on his first trip out.
The mount is huge!! It’s at least 5ft spread on the antlers. Probably more!
A little white tail, like we have around here, is scrawny in comparison.

The time I had duck I didn’t really care for it. But I’m not a fan of turkey much either.
Twice a year is 1 time too many on turkey. LOL!
I’ve yet to have alligator.
I’ll try it - but it’s gotta be the right way. And I just haven’t found that yet. LOL!
Maybe I should go to Mardi Gras and find some place near the source! LOL!
