Yeah, funny, I never through about the order of nutrients ESCEPT with Silca (because it says to mix first on the bottle), but then I do add Cal/Mx and Liquid Bone Meal before just because they sink and you have to literally stir while you’re measuring PPMS… then goes the rest
No problem adding cal mag to your nutes. I do it every time I top off my reservoir.
Update 3 NOV (Day 67 Above Dirt)
Looking at the the Triplets today the New Dirt #2 is the crappiest / most “Dull” looking of the three to me.
I see the last full label had no ill effects last go around, and I think it actually puffed up New Dirt #3 a bit as those set of leaves looking a little more bold / better to me.
I am on my 3rd RO / No BS tap water in the mix, and I think I have identified 90% of my leaf issues which appears to be any amount of this Crap water that they pump into my house. The other 10% of my problems is I don’t know what the F I am doing, but starting to learn how to read the leaves and the Numbers.
Each plant had 144 t0 160 FL Oz. I did achieve the 20% Run off approx. 28 to 32 FL Oz when I took Run Off measurement.
My observations is that Bag 2 must have more dense dirt, slower to run off.
Today’s Strategy is to Stay Stoned, and…
I am bubbling the Cal Mag currently at full label strength to the RO water. I will apply 0.75% label strength feed of Trio Following Blooming and Ripening Line.
Note: I Planned on going Full label on the feed until I saw that the RO PPM rose from 51 ppm to 440 ppm (+390 PPM per 4.5 Gal) just by added the Cal Mag, so I ended up trimming down my numbers to a 0.75% mix instead of the 1.0 that I had planned.
Used Blue PH close to 10 mm Blue PH to Raise from a 5.8 to a 6.6 to 6.7-ish to apply which raised PPM 40 points which gave me a grand total 1310 PPM Input @ 0.75%.
I did purposely try to go above 6.5 to try and perk up that Run off PH.
As for the Fish Sh!t, didn’t want to ruin the 0420 Grav session gagging over the smell of what is under that bottle cap, so I think I will leave that for another day. I am Put a 2 Finger Pinch, for Walt Garrison, of ES for shits and giggles.
Tomorrow I will line the family up for photos. Today a Slight Trim of the crappy leaves. Buds are starting to fatten up. This thing is going to produce forearm sized Colas.
Today’s Line Up. The Before Cal Mag/ 0.75% Label Trio Feed.
My Wedding Cake Family, #1 Old Dirty Bastard, #2 New Dirt, #3 New Dirt, Family
Today’s Numbers / Previous Run Off / Observations:

Previous Fluid Event Run Off: 1750 PPM
Notes: This responded well to the previous 1.0 Full label.
Few More Pics from Today 3 Nov. Named to make sense. Is the bottle of Fish Sh!t mentioned here the stuff everyone uses? I have in the picture below? Anybody? When would I might want to use this?
I just had a little 250ml bottle delivered yesterday. It will replace voodoo juice and piranha when I run out of them. I hear it is GOOD SH’T
Very through work bro! What are your ppm’s going in? Looks like you got a good harvest on the way! I have heard really good stuff about the fish s#it but never used it. I’m pretty sure @Nicky was one of the first to use it I know of. Seems popular now just never gave it a try.
Today Pic they did nicely with the 0.75% label, Cal Mag Full (Been Along While) 2 Finger Pinch of ES for Walt Garrison. Just a pinch in the bucket.
Congrats @Beardless very well deserving. I’m Big fan myself. Thank you for all the help, along the way, and kind words. You are probably the first person I started listening to when I joined.
Plant is liking not getting that tap mixed in there. I think those bad leaves are here to stay, but they look better with 2 still being dull.
Old Dirty Bastard #1 is still amazing me.
1310 ppm on the feed yesterday Capt. I had been a bit tardy on the Cal Mag. So I Dosed that also today. Do you happen to know your numbers going into when you final flush? I Am not sure if I am going to go two or 3, and I am leaning towards 3 when I try to start that guess on when to chop them down. I see the hairs turning color today. This is looking like that 100 day grow I got in the can earlier this year.
Update 7 NOV (Day 71 Above Dirt)
All three are miraculously close on run off /1800 PPM approx, way over the Flora Chart recommendations.
Color looks decent. I think the bad leaves have stopped forming. I know the Wedding Cakes are loving me for not using any 0.00% tap / crap local water in the Mix. I think this is the 3rd time went pure RO water as the build solution.
I have proved to myself that the water here is a recipe for shitty plant leaves. Leaves are looking a lot better by getting rid of that stuff.
I am impressed by this HLG 135 V2 in this space doing fairly well getting light to three in this confined space of mine. Bad Ass little lamp. I am going to dial down 20 watts soon to 145w…I think going to try and mimic the seasons a bit with the lights a @meeasy trick he plays around with. I am drinking the Cool-Aid for sure Brother. It is an experiment. I want to do my own thing anyway, experiment.
I am looking at the Flora chart and I want to start getting my PPM more in line with their chart as these will finish up in another 30 days or so.
I have 4 opportunities to feed then I plan on a 3 event Flush at the end of the month, then go into the 48 hr dark period based on a 100 day grow and a 4 day watering cycle.
Going to wait until tomorrow until I decide. I want to see the effects of this 0.50% but I am thinking…
On the 11th, (week 7 of Flower Chart 1000-1300 ppm) I am almost sure will be 0.25% Label so I can look at it all the Run off Numbers at that dose level and to get those input ppm numbers. I am tempted to Try a @Dennis62 MG Test Bag Next time to see if I can mimic what he going on…Crushing it with the MG.
Pics from today. Plants look progressively better. I am going to get the PPMs leached out correctly this time finishing up.
Mix today consisted of: RO water /Flora Trio 0.50% all plants/ Blue PH UP 10 ml…PH in 6.7 (High because that is the way I like things and I drank the Cool Aid on a train of thought @Beardless shared earlier, an attempt to combat low Run off PH of soil on a couple of the bags. Makes sense to my stoned self.
Open to thoughts comments if anyone cares to do so. @caligurl @hellraiser @spankyjr1 @Capt.Cola @OGIncognito @Pinboy forgot you @CooterJuice

Looking good man!!
How could I have ever forgotten my Brother from a different Mother?..
Cooter, please don’t feel slighted…
My coco runoff with Jacks pushes 1800 occasionally. No worries for me
Thanks for the praise but I don’t recommend mg to anyone lol it has done me good but my friends have mixed results. I am grateful for the past success, and this grow is going to be okay with the luck of the weed gods
your girls are looking marvelous
Stacking up nicely over there. The first pic shows some nice fat colas with weight to add. I would find myself going on the higher side with ph when I was in soil 6.7-6.8. It usually ended up coming out about 6.4. Not sure what the feed chart says but 1700 isn’t that high. You want to make sure they are getting everything they need and maybe a tiny bit extra. Looking good bro keep it up.
Capt
What was your PPM Run Off going into your 1st flush at the end when you were in dirt if you remember?
IDKS and I don’t want to be too high and not be able to wash out the PPMs / feed from the soil.
I feel that 2 times being the standard but I think I will hit it with RO over a 12 day or 3x.
I am still trying to figure out where the plants need to be approaching going into the first flush. Trying to document how fast the plant can consume the fertilizers it holds within its vascular system. I screwed one of the last back to back grows I did and left a slight bitter tip of the tongue, so I am thinking 3 but even though I had water exiting the bags I will really give them a real dousing this next ones coming up.
Looking great
I don’t remember my exact runoff ppm but it was up there. Try not to worry too much about flushing right now. The plant needs enough food to keep maturing and flushing will begin to wash it food away. When I started to see some cloudy trics I would think about doing a flush. I think you have a little more time.
Looking good
I would keep feeding 1800 PPM runoff is good IMO
when you think it’s time to flush you can get the PPM down under 500 with 1 good flush then water only until harvest you may want to use a flushing agent to lower the amount of water needed for flushing
Another thing I would do besides having pH going in at 6.7+ is increase amount of runoff when feeding. As an example, if you normally fed 1-gallon at 6.7 PPM of 1000, I would increase the feed by 1 quart (25%) keeping everything else the same. I call it a mini-flush
Just thought about this
Are you sure your PPM meter is the correct scale?
There are 2 different scales for PPM meters
1 is the 500 scale
1 is 700 scale
If your chart is measured by 1 scale and your meter the other scale it would explain the difference in the PPM numbers you are seeing compared to the chart
Just a thought
