Looks like mold. Is this outdoors? If not, then what is the humidity in your grow space? Good airflow?

Humidity at average of 63%. Room is open 10x 15 good air flow fans

Too high and promotes mold. Humidity should be \<50% in flower.

Indoors the other plant i got rid of but was next to this one, the other it spread all through it to all bud
