My apera ec pen has a round cap. The o-ring doesn’t hold the cap on unless you stand it up on the cap.
The PH60 , maybe all of them?, has a replaceable tip. I was having trouble with mine and contacted customer service, bought a new tip kit and it’s just like new. I thought the customer service was great!
