Having issues with one leaf!

There is a pic of one leaf that has a brown spot and the rest of the plant looks great. Could not find any more brown spots anywhere. It is day 1 of week 3 of flower. Any ideas why one leaf has brown spot? This is literally my first plant I have grown just looking for a lil feed back.
