Iām actually very disappointed in this current grow. Not being able to manage the environment the way that I wanted it resulting in poor trichome production. Nothingās Frosty or even close to Frosty as what Iām use to. I can achieve much better results then thisā¦
Looking in the tent I can see that Hawaiian gold & Blue Dream has had all the life sucked out of their leaves. Theyāve changed from Green to yellow, to yellow gold, to yellow purple, and now even the sugar leaves are starting to dry up.
Having had no nutrients now for about 3 weeks. Iām trying to discipline myself with checking theyāre trichomes. I said I would wait till Friday and thatās what Iām going to do. Hopefully theyāre close. I believe itās a little too much drying out.
The buds on both girls are incredibly dense and itās turned dark brown. Iām happy that theyāre free of foxtail as this will help easily read their trichomes.
On the other hand, the three gorilla cookies have all foxtails just enough to make viewing their trichomes almost impossible. Itās like a slight layer over top the originals.
I am doing a test on the 3 gorilla cookies and logically the test makes good sense.
With their trichomes almost impossible to view and taking into consideration their larger than normal size I know they still have weeks to go.
What Iāve done is taken some of their lowest buds and cut them off and hung them to dry. What will happen is that the buds that Iāve cut will take at least 10 days to dry putting the plant itself into week 12
Concluding the test will consist of testing the dried bud for potency. I will know for sure if the weed thatās dried is fire it will mean the remaining plant is fire as well and should be good to go.
Iām over here freezing with my house central air running even though itās 68 outside.
My dry room is my bedroom. Itās 59Ā° right now in my bedroom that I sleep in. I feel your pain the struggle is real
Good morning gentleman. Iāve got a question in regards to the Iā¤ļøGM fertilizer specifically the veg stage fertilizer called Grow time.
If you look at the chart below youāll notice I have circled 750ppm on the veg chart feeding schedule.
My question is, pertaining to that 750 PPM is that the PPM of the 2/3 teaspoon feed mix PPM? Or is that the projective runoff?
Whatās the 750 PPM pertain to?
Thank you for your kind assistance in advance
Donāt use any salts, so I know nothing
Thatās feed ppmās, I used those my first indoor, and that was mixed to instruction every other watering.
Did you do every other water?
Yes, feed then water, feed then water
I recommend feed until runoff TDS hits above around 1,500 ppm then water only until under 1,000 ppm.
The salt level reflects mixed in distilled water. Any solids in your muni water will drive it up.
Got it. I figured this was the feed ppm with RO or Distilled water. Thank you very much for the reply!
Why do they recommend to feed one week and water the next week? Is it because the npk value is so high?
Itās to reduce salt buildup in the media.
week 11 itās just flying by. Itās feed day for the tent. I slipped in their H2O feed some silica and humic keep the soils blood pressure going so to speak.
Do-si-doe (without being cola) & Hawaiian gold
Both are pretty much drying up in the leaf department. Iāll extend checking their trichomes another few days. (Iām in no rush)
Cookie monster #1
Well , I just found 5 nanners on Blue Dream itās been 3 days since she had water and she still heavy as bricks (sheās not up taking anything) I took the Gamble a couple weeks ago and cleaned off her nanners.
I donāt want to push my luck too far so Iām going to check the trichomes and see if I can chop her.
This is where daily inspection is very important.
Blue Dream could definitely use one more week to make me satisfied. However, I push my luck with these nanner already. My gut says this is a sign. Against my better judgment but going with my gut Iām chopping Her
ALSO
Since Hawaiian gold was sitting next week to May while checking blue dreams trichomes I checked the Hawaiian gold. Low and behold, she had adequate Amber and easy 8% - 10% so sheās on the chopping block this morning as well.
Saying goodbye to Blue Dream & Hawaiian gold
Sorry about the nanners!
They are some pretty ladies tho
Well she made it 11 weeks in flower. I probably could have cleaned the nanners up and put her back in the tent for another week like I did two weeks ago but I havenāt been having the best of luck here recently with anything soā¦
My standards, I set the bar incredibly high. The average person would have probably cut her down last week. I donāt believe anybodyās going to complain
My camera sucks. If you could see how beautiful lime green this Hawaiian gold is. Her buds all the way down to the popcorn buds at the bottom are just dense as rocks and to smell so wonderful
āYou say goodbye and I say hello, hello, helloāā¦ that oughta be in a songā¦Beautiful Buddageā¦Killinā itā¦Happy Growing
