Awesome news!

The furnace in the house has been inspected by a qualified professional repairman.

The furnace repairs are too cost prohibited…

They are replacing the entire furnace with a brand new one and having the invoice put in our name so there’s no issues with a transfer of the entire warranty.

Mold test came back… Everything is clean!

Just waiting for the down-payment to be deposited into the account… The bank has been scrutinizing my bank deposits being used for the down-payment…

That… Is a pain in the arse! They are so vague on what documentations they want and willing to accept. They sure know how to scare you.
