Hello @Bentstick been..ehhh…
Figured out that my back cramps I wake up with has to do with laying on my right hip…last week I made sure to only sleep on my left side. Back cramps and little apple cramps on either side of my spine at the hip were gone. 
Then I took a shower stood wrong on my right hip and instantly caused a pinched nerve at that area…bringing the cramps back.
making it worse… driving… I was out of reefer and with 8 weeks -+ to go until harvest…went to Lume yesterday.
Since I was up at 5 with cramps…I said …f it… Got in the car by 530 to head up to that Lume we met at. Arrived at 930est…drove immediately back…feeling it today in my knees as well. Fing falling apart man!

Fricking take care of your self as you know backs are nothing to mess with. Nuff said…
Going to U of M hospital for addmittence the 16th surgery is the 18 th around noon.

Eleven days since flip
Before feeding
After and inserted the bamboo rods as well as trimmed out all lower foliage.
(Spine said “you better do the attaching branches to the bamboo tomorrow!”; I agreed.
Crowning slightly so brought the DLI down as well as the temps and humidity.
Just need to finger out what to do with trimmed leaves…possibly dig a hole.

Just finished feeding/watering. Rotated plants locations.
As you can see one of the Rainbow Showers got a bit leggy…tied it down a bit.
Lights currently 27" from the top of canopy.
Update the intensity…
Environmentals:
Aci Exhaust is set at a constant setting of “3”.
Been approximately 15 days since the flip to 12hrs/day.

I uninstalled the window AC unit…found a stink bug on me after…freaked out a bit…
Made the mistake of squishing it in fingers without thinking…
Stinks even after washing my hands well.

Zenfel I’ve found to work better… technu, I have to apply multiple times to get rid of it. Zenfel is usually only 2 applications if it’s severe. If it’s a few spots, once will do it.
But there’s definitely a cost offset between the two. Zenfel is $40ish last time I bought it.

Throw it away as normal, with no personal stuff. Most of the bags just get dumped anyway. I like to mow it when I can. But I also have a dozen 50 gal bags I’ve been trying to get rid of for over a year. Still makes me un easy. Been tossing a 13gal bag in every week with regular trash.
Compost if it’s an option.
Throwing away bud- that’s the hard part. Several #’s to get rid of. I’m thinking mixing with paint so it doesn’t look like straight up flower and tossing.
Everything is under camera here and this is a struggle for me as well.
Right now all the leaves are dropping and lots of lawn bags are being used. Trying to sneak shit out that way. Idk. Kinda awkward stepping outside and dumping bags then mowing. You come up with something let me know.
This is also one of the many reasons we don’t really grow like we used to.

Before I got to the store…I washed a couple pots with “Dawn Power Wash” spray stuff…
Took the smell off immediately.

Checked in on them…fed yesterday evening.
The lemon frosting has me a bit nervous, but am a bit rusty plus newish to jacks.

They are just about 3 weeks(21 days after the flip approximately).
Found, too late, two male and a couple balls on both the rainbow Showers…pissed…I reinspected…and pinched off what was there. I had my reservations of doing or buying the “Colors by Cultivar” brand…both hermied.
I expected the lemon frosting might…but not from here.

No… unfortunately…with the back issues…just doing my best to get through this one.
I feed again in a few days or so… I’ll do a soil slury pH test and ppm test…then also test pH and ppm of run off.
