@Eternal1
Here is my seed germination.
Put 1 teaspoon of 3% peroxide in a shot glass. Fill to about 2/3rds full with bottled water from walmart. Put seeds in and set on a seedling heat mat.
Wait about 2 or 3 hours and try to push seeds to the bottom. This can be a little challenging sometimes. Other times they sink on their own.
Wait about 24 hour from when you originally put seeds in the glass sometimes more sometimes less. You should see litte tails then. I like little tails some people like them longer.
I then put them in Promix BX that I mixed with trifecta myco"s and moistened with water the night before moist not wet and laid on the seedling heat mat. More on this later.
Then I make an indentation in the soil in the cup scoop the seed up with a spoon and drop in the indentation. Then cover with only enough promix to make it level and ever so slightly compact on top. Be very gentle doing this.
Thats it till they sprout in a few days.
I do not give them anymore water till they are plants. Then if I have to water I set the cup in a container of fish tank water and let it absorb from the bottom until soil is moist 3/4 of the way up to where the seed or seedling is. Other than that I spray the inside of the dome with water. I do try to remove the dome 2 or three times a day after they are 2 or three days old. How long it stays off depends on what the plants look like. Most of the time an hour.
These seeds were in the shot glass 22 hours.
I use clear cups inside of red cups, other than that , I germ much like you, except after 24 hour soak, mine usually have cracked and then into a moist, not wet towel for another 24 hrs and they will have 3/8 inch tails then into solos and Promix.
Nice right up on that germ process. Many people have been asking for this process from growers lately.
I have used the clear cups b4 and i must admit its nice being able to see the progression of the root growth, also helps with knowing when 2 transplant and track how much water they get
I just pref the bigger solo cups as i have gotten more comfortable with my watering practices and knowing when to transplant them.
I use these because it is what I buy for drinking cups. I also use them for coffee on the way to work. Figure use what I already have. Buy them by the hundred cheap.
My temps are really down since the weather change here. 58 lights off 68 lights on. Not worried yet I’ve done winter in January that temps would sometimes drop to 48 lights out 65 lights on. Plants still did ok. Any colder than that and I start running heat. 65 to 78 is what I like to see lights on and 60 to 65 lights off gives me my best grows.
Pic of frost today not bad for 12 days flower. 11/19 the day I started counting.
It was cold last night 60 degrees F. Humidity rose to one says 52 the other says 48 I’ll call it 50%. Still lots of water in pan to evaporate so it should hold or rise either way I’m good. @Mmanson1981

If you go through here you will see different methods I have used. The coffee can method IMO Is the best and I don’t see me changing anytime soon.
Man those are beauties! My favorite part of growing is the color expression…I have a book of professional photos of plants in flower that is real fun to look at when high.
Fed today 1785 ec 6.0 ph. Mix was 2 tablespoons molasses 2 tablespoons epsom equal parts big bloom and tiger bloom untill I got to the 1700 range. No grow big. Normally I would give a coffee can and 3/4 top one plant. That gets a good amount of run off. Today I did what I call a flush. FF nutes you know. I gave each plant 2 and a half coffee cans. Thought it was going to overflow the catch pan. Only filled about 2/3rds way though.
These girls just look good. Don’t think I needed the flush just precautionary. Got a little camera happy.
