Growing a S.O.G. Right Away

Good Afternoon, Pharmers . Raining cats and dogs. We had 3 days of rain in the forecast, so I sprayed a dilute milk spray outside while I had the good sunshine. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. At the same time , I sprayed all the lower vegetation, in the growroom, with a preventative mite solution. The buds are thickening. I’m giving them 950 ppfd. Using enough power for a small city. Dehumidifier, A/C, 5 fans and lights + coffee maker. Howdy @LunaticYowie you got me chuckling. Hope you’ll take my kindly advice.

The growroom smells wonderful, overpowering, but wonderful… Got the full blown aroma from this one… Blackberry Moonrocks (pungent kushberry). Nice to know . Hope Everyone has a Great Day and Happy Growing.

Howdy Fellow Pharmers. Hope everyone is having a great week. I had a bit of a misstep a couple days ago. 3 key elements came together to create an ill effect. (1.) opened a fresh gallon of acid. (2.) Not being 100% familiar with the new formula (went to 0-12-26 Part B) (3.) Bluelab PH probe went bad. Normally we would be completely familiar with the nute regimen that testing PH isn’t actually necessary. However when you change your formula or source of PH down , it’s Vitaly important that your PH meter is on point. Mine was not. All that to say I lost a bunch of lower leaves on some of my plants. Due to the feeding regime being so random (none dry back at the same rate) not every plant was affected. Some very little or not at all. Others pretty severe. I was able to do a fairly thorough flush on the outdoor plants. Not so much on the indoor plants. I have increased the amount of fertigation and slightly weakened the formula indoors. Added some cal-mag and normal strength feed on the outdoor after the flush. I think we’re over the hump for the most part.

It’s unfortunate this happened. I was trying out the Part B 0-12-26 for the first time and feel like I can no longer give it a fair assessment . I can honestly say that I was very pleased with the first few days using it. There was noticeable swelling going on in the buds and no further progression of the painted nails effect. Then I opened the fresh acid and the meter malfunction. I think you can see a difference…

All is not lost . Luckily I believe I caught the mistake after a single feeding.

I wasn’t really ready to post but… On to the outdoor grass. Growing ok.About 2/3 Still trying to bud. Nuts. Even with spotlights at night. That is not ideal but what’s a man to do ? They are bulking up. I’m working hard towards getting them in their private luxury accommodations. Then it should be off to the races. These are some of the best starter plants I’ve ever been blessed with. Note the few yellowed leaves , minor damage, and the first yellow leaves of their young lives. Let’s not have that happen again (note to self). Here’s where we are at today…

These outdoor plants are still on the regular formula Jacks 3-2-1. It is still being administered at 80% strength. When they kick into full veg I will up the strength to 100% for a couple of weeks. June promises to be a time of aggressive growth. I am really looking forward to it. I feel so very blessed. Happy Growing

Good Evening Fellow Pharmers. I appreciate you @Crazy81 and @Reed71 that blows ! It’s nearly impossible to grow real trees if it’s not legal and totally accessible. My plants are some of the most pampered cannabis on the planet. They would probably die if they didn’t have morning cocktails, stirred not shaken, with refreshers as needed.
I’m thinking everything is going to be ok. Got a replacement probe for the BlueLab it was crap right out of the box. The storage solution was lacking and it wouldn’t hold calibration. Quickly ordered another but went with the new soil and solution probe due to the promise of a longer lasting product. It came and it does seem more well made. This time the storage solution was full and the meter is fast and accurate, for now. We will see how long it lasts.

We’ve got a ways to go. The buds are smelling pretty sweet. I’m considering adding some Botanicare Hydroplex to boost turpene production. Buds are fattening a bit.
