Maybe an issue with temp of your intake air? A 440cfm fan with no filter should move more than enough air.

@Hellraiser Ordered Jack’s A and B on the 3rd and order not processed yet. If I need to use ff trio nutes until Jack’s gets here for seedlings would it be ok to use 1/4 or less dose on light watering? Or sprinkle a dusting of ff original soil on top and water it in? Waiting a few more days just getting edgy to give them a little something to help initial growth stage. Promix media is pretty much empty on nutes. T5 light is 2" max from leafs and seedlings are slowly growing taller faster than leafs are growing. Thanks! @Covertgrower

They really don’t need any nutes just yet, those green cotyledons will feed them for another week or so, when you see those start to turn yellow then you could do a 1/4 dose of the FF nutes.

Using a small t5 for the seedlings. I have a 40w led 4500k single bulb thinking of adding it to the t5. Would it be any benefit? Would be in a cheap clamp light with reflector. @Covertgrower just want them to grow low and fat which they’re not doing.
If you have a colder spectrum, 6000k will make them squat more.

Thanks @Covertgrower…I tried finding one locally and no luck. Think I’ll just try mine a few days to see what a little extra light does. On another note what type of silica would I use in the mix and would I only add it on water days and how much?
I recommend powdered silica. NPK industries has a powdered version. Diatomaceous earth also has silica in it also. You can add it any day.

@Covertgrower ok would I add it to water or sprinkle it on soil? Last thing…I saw in a video for Jack’s the guy adds some kind of Folic something once a month. What’s your take on it?

Folic has its place. It’s the same stuff that occurs naturally in living soil.
Silica you can add to the water, or on top of the soil. I usually add it to my water and nutrients. Check PPM before adding though.

Update on the kids two weeks old today. Getting 1/4 dose of ff next watering. Jack’s due in middle of next week.
Havent used dry nutes before I assume I use the scale to properly dose ? @Covertgrower @Hellraiser

Planning ahead as harvest coming up soon. I need a thorough flush after using ff everything thru the grow. How would I flush for best cleaning? All at once or over a few days? Gal. at a time or? Also for the 48 hours of dark at the end is that using the final two days of the 2 weeks of water only or adding two days at end of two weeks? Also what’s everyone’s take on using ice, splitting stem etc…@Covertgrower @Hellraiser @dbrn32 and anyone else. Thanks.

I use a few different apps to make them. I find a logo that I think someone would like and then I take the background out, and place it over a new background, then i add the text and finishing touches. I can get the name of all the apps for you if you want to give it a shot.

Yes.
Everyone does it differently, I just do water over a period of a couple of weeks. I don’t bother with the dark period or ice. Some do though.
