Personally I am not paying attention to our gov on this.
The tax benefits and kickbacks to our “honest” leaders will win eventually.

Yesterday, I received an email from a breeder seed bank that is closing its US operations.
It didn’t say why, but certainly this seed ban uncertainty doesn’t help.

My guess is that a lot of on the edge businesses may decide to fold up.
Hard to get credit for a cannabis business. Harder to get credit for any business the government may outlaw.

Totally agree. CBS article on businesses in Minnesota basically saying the same thing Minnesota small businesses cautiously optimistic over delay of federal hemp-derived THC ban - CBS Minnesota
