Sorry, but I call TOTAL bullshit on this, if you have 40 years experience, it seems you would have learned way more than that. Those of us who grow both know, and if you don’t want to grow ILGM seeds, DONT! But don’t log in here to trash our forum sponsor. I had one problem with their seeds, which they promptly replaced, new ones were perfect. Good genetics are a must, but no substitute for good growing. Enough is enough, just take your negativity somewhere else, it’s not welcome here. They come, and they go. We have newbies here that are on their second year and getting near professional results, and I’m sure lots of those are growing ILGM beans. I hope you find what your looking for, and I hope you find the skills necessary to grow them , best of luck to you.
I’m with @Growdoc on this I think it must be your technique , soil or something else. I personally have been growing since the late 1960s and even on my worst years have produced weed that gave a good buzz. Only started using ILGM beans within last 5 years and have never been disappointed ( even the year I ended up in the hospital with cancer and the plants I grew were neglected while I was away ).
