I wouldn’t personally make sure she has recovered from whatever she was going through because if she has not she will only start damaging other leaves until the problem is solved.

Dude I did the same with a plant last grow and she did well. I got aggressive with defoliating the Trainwreck plant that was outpacing the Black Widow and the latter outproduced the former by a long shot. Glad to see your girls doing their thing.
