G13 AUTOS..Getting Closer!

Cool, I know pictures don’t always tell the whole story. I never get amber my self. Even letting them go forever. I finally saw some on my last plant I chopped. First one in over 100 plants  The dark cloudy seems to be a good mix of head and body high. My Jack Herer is 4’ tall now. Biggest auto I have done so far. She is as wide too. :slightly_smiling_face: Having extra space is nice. I have 2 photos I started to early. They are ready for the grow room now and still have at least a month before getting in there.

This is the grow I am working on now

And the little ones waiting for the room to get empty before they can be moved.

@Not2SureYet the mistake i made on this grow is not keeping a journal or calendar  my photos broke ground on june 4th and a month later i decided to try autos. I started out using humbolts nutes and quickly learned that it would better suit my needs to do away with liquid nutes and go with Coast of Maines recommended schedule with their amendments at 1/2 stength. I phd my water and thats all i did the remaining 60 days. In a few weeks, we shall see how i did lol… i know now not to rely on hail color either… you have to get down and dirty and look at trichromes…

I have to keep some type of journal or I get lost. I use the same format for an exel sheet for every grow to keep track of weeks. And a word file for each plant. I also keep a book in the grow room. Mostly now to keep track of how I feed. And also the room temps. I have been at 99 every day in there for a while. Nights at about 82 because of the dehumidifier. I use Jacks my self. I used to use GH. I do great with that if I top feed. I can’t use it in the rez because every plant goes into flower at different times. I used to say the GH was better for autos. But this JH has pushed past all those I think. I will see when I harvest. All visuals say I am track for my first lb plant. And with a auto like I had hoped.

This is my first grow that i have personally grown. Im pretty stoked about it. A friend and i have grown at his place for a few years, but its been mainly him maintaining that one. I threw my photos into flower tonight too, so we will be in a few months how they turned out. I have my drying room climate and humidity controlled also so hopefully i can dry and cure like a pro :rofl:

It sounds like you are thinking ahead :+1: It will not be long before you get to sample your own stuff
I have pretty good temps and humidity to deal with her normally for my tent I dry in. 3 - 4 days and mine is ready for the grove bags  I just chopped the Charlotte’s Yesterdream this morning. It was small. a 3 hour trim and I was cleaned up and eating breakfast

@Not2SureYet my first plant is in day 3 of drying, so i took a small popcorn just to test… i must say, im pretty impressed with the citrusy flavor, but of course it has the chlorophyll taste too, which will slowly go away… as far as the effects, plant 1 is kickin. Very good for anxiety and inflammation… i hyperextended the elbow at work today, and 1 or 2 tokes and the pain went from a 8 to 2… very chilled. I cant wait to try 2 and 3…

If you didn’t all ready know. A cheap black light can help to let you know how fast things dry in there. It will show every thing a purple color. And as it drys. You will see the stems and buds return to green

I got a cheap 8 dollar one since this is all I use it for. @Myfriendis410 let me borrow his to check for mold. I was playing around with it when I found it was great for plants that were drying. For me. I found if I have the lights off. More or less. Using the flash taking pictures shows any mold issues too. It is easier for me to down load the pictures. And sit her blowing them up to look. You can see I found this one spot here a few grows back. Not normal for me.
