Generalized statements based on common amounts I’ve used
Seed soak:
1/4 tsp added in Solo that’s a quarter full water with few drops peroxide. Soak however long ya want. I use that water to hydrate paper towel and ringing out, or soil drench for direct planting.
For starting some of my ‘16 Subcool stock:
I’ve been using using much larger doses. I’m putting in medicine dosing bottle with 30 ml water 2-3 drops peroxide and adding a good 4 finger pinch Cnut. I’ve also been using it with agar on occasion. So basically use some whatever
Clones nutritional foliar:
~1/2 tsp in a common in a common mister bottle with some yucca. Adjust as needed by tip response.
Seedlings:
So If I’m tendin’ to a weak one in a paper towel, I use it to help give available nutrition to the brown or whatever tail. I’ll give the tiniest of pinches, and lightly sprinkle coat tap before planting.
If pale start, I make a nutritional foam for it. I put a good 2 finger pinch into medicine cap with ~15 ml water and a couple drops yucca. Optional, I’ll add 2 drops Vitazyme. Then I’ll use a pipette sucking in and out to make a foam. Suck up and only keep the foam. I’ll use that and make a good foam mound to help restore vitality.
Soil drench (Veg):
I start at 1/2 tsp/gal/wk when youngins. That is increased after tipping to 1 tsp. Depending on size and veg length, I go up to 1.5 tsp
Transition - wk3:
1/2 tbs/gal/wk
Bulking:
I’ll back down wk4 1/2 tsp once start bulking wk5-6 I stop use, as not to confuse with PGRs and cause increased likelihood of hermie.

I’m thinking I will hit some of my ladies that are farther along with a 1/2 teaspoon per gallon at least once, a couple that are behind maybe 3 times or so.

I buy the BaS horticultural coconut powder that is picked at peak enzymatic count. If using organic store bought liquid then tripple the doses.
