I just paid for largest package of lab and it’s been saying for last few days that they are installing new software please be patient. It won’t take my password, it says the user names transferred to new system but passwords didn’t. I just saw today that @garrigan62 might be able to help. Can you tell us anything @garrigan62

I’ve been trying and I can’t get my password to work, I push on the "magic link for resetting password "then I enter my e-mail address so they can send me instructions on what to do or new number? I have tried multiple times and still no email. I’d appreciate your help.
