From indoor to outdoor

What? About the hardening process? Well its different mid or late summer than in spring. Most veggie gardeners are hardening off for planting in May. Many cannabis growers are hardening off in June and the sun is more intense. I think the other growers have good suggestions. If its hot sun, only expose the plant to it for the first couple hoursbof the day. Ideally you would buy some shade clothe and cover the seedling for the rest of the day, or a shady tree! Expose the plant to 20 more minutes a day of full morning sun each day… give the plants full on cloudy days! In about 2 weeks your plant will be bigger and more able to withstand the radiation king, the god of all grow lamps!

Thanks guys! Now I have a clear idea on what to do for this week! Maybe I will be back to ask if I should top, train or let her grow naturally! :v:

Few updates and suggestions.

1 day and a half passed on her outdoor. I covered her with a very very thin piece of clothes that filters the light. She is getting 6+ hrs of direct sun from the sides at the morning and afternoon. I know I have been a bit sadistic but I wanted to know how much I can push her. However I will let the cover for further few days.

She is not showing any stress (at least for my eyes) and she doubled her size. Now pushing the 6th node.

I prefer to exclude the idea of topping her. Do you suggest an LST right now? After few days? Let her grow naturally?

At a minimum I would LST. Just finishing my first round of autos. Started off worried about what to do with them. Mainly because there are so many opinions of what to do or not to do on autos. I had 16 going and just decided to try a bit of everything. In my grow topping and LST seemed to produce the best results. Flip side of that, the few I let grow natural, didnt compare to any of the plants that got training. This is just my opinion and what worked for me.

I’d let her grow a little bit more and then lst.
Just my thoughts.
Never topped an auto tho. But I think it’s a small window of time when it doesn’t stall growth too much.

I have never topped a plant before and this is my first grow. Specially these delicate plants from bank seeds. That is why I am afraid.

I have a local landrace plant going on. She lost half of her roots, she got nutes burn then nutes deficiency. Now at mid flowering stage and doing not very good but ok.

I agree with @dbrn32:+1::+1::+1:

Yeah i was talking about the plants you have in the pics. Not one in mid flower. Like I said, it is just what I’ve seen in my own grow. LST works well too. As mentioned above, I’d just wait a bit to start plant still kind of short.

I got your point. I am pointing out why I am afraid to top. I am trying to be careful and not to make mistakes with this young one. I really appreciate your suggestions. I will try to top one next round of course. For sure I will LST this one

Hello fellows! I want to update you on my grow. As always need your experienced advices. The girl is one month old now. Started showing preflowers 1 week ago and now she is entering the flowering stage.
The oldest (first Trio leaves) are starting to die. She is healthy and vigorous but the pattern on the oldest leaves is not convincing me. Is that normal or she is trying to tell me I need more P-K?

Looks like a calcium deficiency.

Looks that way to me as well.

If you’re feeding i would make sure it’s complete not just a bottle of this or that. And probably just needs concentration increased some.

Thanks for your inputs guys!

We don’t have specific nutes for cannabis here. I can’t follow a schedule feeding regime.

I didn’t feed from the beginning. I mixed my soil as following Light Potting Soil, Humus, Powder Poultry manure and Perlite.

Two days ago, I top dressed with powder poultry manure that has micro and macro including Cal-Mag, 2 tbsp of Bone meal and some brewed tea with molasses.
